Download all client sentiment records updated within a date range, as Excel.

Leave a date blank to make the range open-ended on that side. The report pulls the full sentiment history from the database within the selected dates.
The VOC Report will be available once VOC Log data is being captured in the database. Coming soon.
Access Control
Role → Page Access Matrix
Controls what each role can do. Dashboard is further limited by the user's LOB/verticals, and Client Sentiment Update by the user's assigned Job Codes. Admin always has full access.
